This retro-style clock decanter, named No Cause For Alarm, was produced by
Avon in 1978. The silver decanter is a round glass bottle that features a detailed sticker
for its face. The alarm bell at the top of the clock is a round silver plastic bell that
opens to reveal the bottle’s screw on top. The label on the realistic back of the clock
says “AVON NO CAUSE FOR ALARM TAI WINDS AFTER SHAVE CAUTION:
FLAMMABLE UNTIL DRY. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. 4 FL. OZ.
AVON PRODUCTS, INC., NEW YORK, N.Y. 10019.” The empty decanter measures approximately 5" H x 3½" W at the widest point. This cute collectable is in
excellent vintage condition.
